HK31283315 CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH PRICE coombs/wilson

    2. If someone can help, this 1 pound bank note has two different serial numbers top left is W66E 386021 and bottom right W77E 386021 signature J O Page. 1970 can this be rare??

    3. This bank note is serial number AA01013247 its says that its release date is Sept 2017 however. The print date is 2016. Does this make the note more desirable ?
